I have lots of data in the Cloud. How do I keep them organised?

On your Windows PC, for years you worked the same way to store your data on your hard drive. Meanwhile, you bought a Smartphone that works with Android and on which the data in Google Drive and Google Photos were stored. From friends you heard many good things about Dropbox and you also started experimenting with it. And then Microsoft came out with OneDrive. Suddenly all your data were scattered across different storage systems: on your PC, in the Cloud at Google, Microsoft, Dropbox (and maybe a few others).

Time to put some order here. First, we list where all our data are and through which applications (apps) we use it on our various devices. Then we try to choose one storage system we can use on all our devices. And we start the most challenging job: transferring and organising our data into the chosen storage system. But then the most important steps are done. Installing and (re)configuring the
applications (apps) is the final piece.
